I am running Win NT 4 Server with NT workstation and Win95 clients. I have set the users’ passwords to expire after a specific period.
The problem is that about 15 days before the passwords are to expire, they get a message telling them that the password will expire in xx days and asking if they wish to change it. They keep answering “no”, until about the day that the password expires.
We used to use Netware before, and we would only get the message about 3 days before the password would expire.
I have tried to check if this option can be changed from the registry, but I cannot find the option.
