NT Server Problem

I am running an NT server on a small network. After 3-4 days I get the following message when I attempt to fun any program
Initialization of the dynamic link library c:\winnt\system32\user32.dll failed. I have run the latest service pack and sameproblem. Nothing in event viewer indicates the problem
