nt server

I try to connect to Win NT server but i got this error message when i try to logon network using win98 notebook although I’ve configure my ip address and other network setting in n/w neighbourhood same as the company network setting but i keep having ip address starting with…165, why is that so? By the way, I connect using one of the switch port. Is there a problem?

I tried many times to logon but keep having the same error.
