NT-Svr boot issue, \System file problem.

My WindowsNT Server was abruptly shut-down due to a power-fluctuation, and after that its not booting up. This is the message that its giving:

Windows NT could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\winnt\system32\\config\SYSTEM

What can I do to correct this problem. I had a package running on that system, which needs to be accessed somehow, ASAP!!
