Currently I have a terminal server with Internet Explorer 4.0 and I need to install IE 5.0. The problem is that when I’m in ‘Install Mode’ the setup starts off fine but then it ends suddenly with a message stating that ‘All components did not install successfully. reboot your system and try the install again.’ After the reboot I again go into ‘Install Mode’ to resume the setup but the same problem happens. Also, I am unable to uninstall the earlier version of IE 4.0 since the option to uninstall it is grayed out. I would greatly appreciate any insight that you may have.
