NT/Unix time synchronization

By mrowan ·
I have an NT server (PDC) running TimeServ (from the NT resource kit)and would like for our Unix users to get system time from this machine. Is this possible? How would I do it?

It's maybe offtopic here. You have to configure one of two daemons/protocols 'ntp', and 'timed' on your Unix machine to synchronize local time with your PDC.

TimeServ is a client and not an NTP Server. You need to find an NTP server for Windows NT. There are several out there, if you like I can tell you the one I used.
