NT4 administration from XP Pro?

Can I administer an NT4 PDC (event viewer, user manager) in XP Pro, just like I used to in Win98 using the Server Tools for Win95? (w95nexus.exe) I install the same tools on my XP machine and it gives me an error, “This application has failed to start because msnet32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.” I am even trying to run the files (srvmgr; usrmgr; eventvwr) in compatibility mode. Nothing helps. Any help would be great!
