NT4 DNS Name problem

Hi,

I have 2 NT4 DNS servers.
1 on the PDC and the other on the BDC.
Both do not show a name on an nslookup.

DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
*** Can’t find server name for address 192.168.1.63: Timed out
DNS request timed out.
timeout was 2 seconds.
*** Can’t find server name for address 192.168.1.13: Timed out

I have an external DNS server listed on my DHCP lissting and my XP & W2k Pc’s will default to the named Unix DNS server.

I have NS records in my primary Zone’s – i have tried removing all but 1 to see if it was a “too many NS” records problem.

Please help !
