I am running NT4.0, SP6a – trying to install Z/I Imaging’s Common Dialogs. I get 75% through & get an error: “an error occurred during the move data process: -119”

I have re-installed the SP 6a again, but still get the error. What is the oleaut32.dll? Any ideas on a fix?
