NT4 Server in Peer to Peer Network

We are currently running a peer to peer network with 8 Win98 workstations and 1 NT Server whiicvh is acting as a file and print server.

We have installed a new NT4 Server for use as an internet server and cannot get the server to find the other wkstns on the network. Occassionally it will find the other machines but when you click on them an error message “network not accessible” appears.

I have noticed that the browsere service is constantly being activated and have tried everything to disable it. the server servicec does not work because wwe are using a peer to peer network and wew are unable to determine why we cannot locate the other workstations. Any ideas!!!
