In the Batch file, how do I auto overwrite the *.bkf file?

ntbackup.exe backup "@C:\Documents and Settings\adm2chua\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\data\ORABackup.bks" /a /d "Set created 6/12/2006 at 2:34 PM" /v:yes /r:no /rs:no /hc:off /m normal /j "ORABackup" /l:s /f "F:\DATABASE\ORABackup\ORABackup.bkf"
