ntbackup on Windows 2000 Server

When I log on to my windows 2000 server and set backup jobs, other users that are members of the Backup Operators group can’t eject the tape thru computer management. A message on the eject wizard comes up that says access denied. Any suggestions onhow to remedy this? The other users are already members of the backup operators group.
