We are using terminal services to access a EAP software and are having problems with some of the users. It seems to happen when they are trying to print. the error is. Access violation at address 77fcc619 in modeul ntdll.dll. Write of address 00000038. Any assistance is appreciated.

It could be a corrupt printer driver that is causing an access violation.

Try reinstalling the print driver. Better still check your printer manufacturer's website for the latest version driver.

terminal services requires usage of large bandwidth and the may occur due to this and even there can be a problem causing due to drivers fault try to check the proper bandwidth and the system hardware
