I was having windows 2000 on my pc and later develop a problem sme files was missing so I decided to format it and load a fresh operating system again. on my way I was succesfull in the formatting and when I reach copying the files the power went off and the next day I want to continue when I turn on the pc it takes me to setup which comes in German language I want to set the CD Rom in first boot so that I can have acess to the formatting but I dont understant the german language. because there is no OS on the drive it attempting to boot from the C. please is there a solution.
