My Dell 1300 server had NT4 on it. It had two 8gv scsi drives. I formattd both drives and loaded W2k server. At the end of the installation it reboots, goes thru the POST and then replies “NTLDR is missing. Hit Ctl-alt-del to restart.” Also tried loading w2k from the 4 setup disks. same problem. some thing i’ve tries are: loading onto the 2nd hard drive, formating partition as FAT instead of NTFS. occasionally i get: “previous unrecoverable memory error or system error(NMI) occured” – getting nowhere
