NTLDR Is missing or corrupt – Cannot fix

I attempted to install a video card on my Windows 2000 PC. When I installed the card and booted the card was not functioning properly. I took the card out and booted the PC with a working card. That is when I got the NTLDR is missing error. It’sin dos text during the starup process.

I created a boot disk from a PC with the exact same operating system and model as this one. I copied NTLDR and ntdetect.com to the disk.

It boots up using those two files on the a:\ drive but accesses myBoot.ini file located on c:\winnt. I copied the files from the a:\ drive to the c:\ drive per microsoft’s instructions. I even tried copying the files from the c:\i386 folder to c:\.

I cannot get the PC to boot up without the floppy in the drive. Any suggestions?
