Number of Males in IT Drops….

Recent articles indicated that the number of males in IT is also dropping. You state the number of females is dropping, then switch to the percentage of females is dropping. What was the percentage (ratio) of females before and what is it now. Has the percentage actually dropped, or is it simply that the entire industry is being abandoned. If the number of males has dropped at an equal percentage as the number of females, then all of the sudden this article’s twist is no longer all that interesting. Can we see your sources for the statistics you are claiming?
