Are you getting any Error messages or a Blue/Red screen?..

Have you checked the Event Viewer for any clues?

Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer.

Check the logfiles in the 'Application' and 'System' categories. Look for entries at the same time-stamp as the freeze occurred.

Event viewer

by neiko_girl In reply to Are you getting any Error ...

I've been looking in the event viewer and found: ""Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected."" And no blue/red screen just freezes every thing Thank you.
