    O/S-Error (OS 1450) Insufficient system resources exist to complete Reqst?

    Hi!

    We have Windows 2008 Enterprise Server with Oracle 10g installed on cluster (created in HP SAN Drive) and two nodes are serving the clients. Recently from 3 days we experience two errors ON Node2 (Database Server 2)

    The following two Errors are appearing in Event Log conitnously

    Event ID 20
    Archive process error: ORACLE Instance njmprd2 – Archival Error.

    Archive process error: ORA-16014: log 4 sequence# 2530 not archived, no available destinations
    ORA-00312: online log 4 thread 2: ‘L:\NJMPRD\REDOLOG\REDOT2G2M1.DBF’
    ORA-00312: online log 4 thread 2: ‘M:\NJMPRD\REDOLOG\REDOT2G2M2.DBF’
    ORA-00312: online log 4 thread 2: ‘N:\NJMPRD\REDOLOG\REDOT2G2M3.DBF’

    We forward the Error to DBA and he raised SR with oracle. Oracle has given following advice:

    “Please contact your System Administrator / Vendor for assistance on the investigation of the :

    O/S-Error: (OS 1450) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

    The RDBMS is just a victim of the underlying OS-errors.”

    =================================================
    We checked the System Resources (like HDD space, RAM, pagefile etc..) all these are more than the recommended resources.

    Kindly help us to resolve it.
