O2K - Attachements in composition

By DowntownDave ·
While composing a message with an attachment, the attachement is added to the to:, cc:, subject:, etc box. When received and read with outlook, the attachment icon appears in a frame beneath the text. The problem is that when the message is printed the attachment icon may appear in the middle of the body of the text message. Not good. Is there any way to control the placement of the attachment icon when the message is printed?

In printouts, the icon should 'appear' to be inserted wherever your cursor was in the text portion of the letter when you added the attachment. I haven't found a program setting that will change this.

O2K - Attachements in composition

Thanks for the response. In all my testing, the icon always appears at the beginning of the body, before any text, regardless of the curser postition when the attachment was done during compositon. That would be acceptable, I guess, but my original query was prompted by a composition that inserted the icon right in the middle of the text. I'v not been able to replicate that in testing. I'm afraid I'm still on the drawing board. Sorry.
