I have been looking for Object Oriented Designing Methodolgy - CHEN & CHEN all over the internet, unsuccessfully.

I'm afraid you'll have to give more details than that.

Is this a book? If so, do you have the ISBN? Nothing's coming up on Amazon that even remotely resembles this. If it's an older book (that's out of print), you might check University libraries near you and/or interlibrary loan.

Is it a paper or a presentation at a conference? If so, then your best bet is either the site of the company/organization that first published the paper (IEEE, ACM, Dr. Dobb's, etc.) or the author's web site ifyou want an electronic copy.
