I trying to add the admin rights to another user under local users and group. Under users I select the individual user and go to its properties. Under the properties I select the Members of tab and try to add a new a new member of and I receive the object picker Object Picker “Cannot Open Because no Locations from Which to Choose Objects Can Be located”. I am running Windows 2000 (not Server or Advanced Server) with all of Microsoft patches and fixes. I saw the article that you guys had posted in 2001 and tried that to resolve the problem, but it didn’t work. I also placed the CD of the OS in incase it wanted to search the CD for another files or DLL’s. I have also experienced this issue on several other boxes and went ahead and re-built those systems. That did solve the problem, but I have two more boxes that have the same problem and would like to avoid re-building them. Anyway, if you could help I would appreciate it.
