Obsolete Data Stores – delete????

I’ve done a reinstall of Windows XP Professional and everything worked fine. Now when I do a disk cleanup it comes up with System Restore: Obsolete Data Stores 780 986. IS IT SAFE TO DELETE THESE FILES?
