I am completing my BS on-line in IT and would like to know how to get into the field?
I am over 45 and have no formal employment in that field.
I just am wondering where to look and how to make my previous experience, manly in electronics, to get into the IT field.
If you are someone that does hire in the IT field, what would help me to get a job at your company?
