Obtain XP Pro users' mapped drives and installed network printers

By cmdr_Morph ·
Hello,

I've looked at a number of ways to go about this, wmi, registry, vbs, but haven't found a solution. As a local admin on an domain-joined XP Pro machine, how does one gather information about all cached account's mapped drives and installed network printers?

Thanks

Odd, because that is exactly what wmi does.

And you can always write scripts that do this, or call on wmi to do it.

If that isn't your bag, then use a tool like SIW.

Do you have an example script I could use/modify?

Me? No, I don't write scripts.

But you can use the references at MS Technet or MSDN and loads of other sites. There are always loads of code samples.

I think there is a script something like what you are looking for posted in the forums here, but heck if I can find it right now.
