This sometimes will happen to me, when I keep my computer off over night lets say and get up to turn my computer up the next morning….
The screen pops up that list the bios I’m using as well as a separate line that states the processor I’m using.
Right after it will check my memory, and then when it is done with that It crashes, and fails to detect the IDE drives to boot up Windows.
Now sometimes I’ll just turn on and off my computer usually several times and it seems to magically detect the IDE drives and boot up
Other times I will just unplug and plug back in the cables connecting my Harddrives to the MoBo.
I’m clueless as to why this happens.
I have a k8mm3-Micro MSI motherboard..
also hardrives are :
Maxtor 96147H6
and the sata….
ST312082 7AS SCSI
please help
