About a month ago I completed my OCP Application Developer certification. I don’t know if it’s the company I work for or what but they had a lack luster response that has left me feeling under appreciated. Any time I mentionned the OCP everyone would tell me how highly valued it is – I’m not convinced that it is. Am I wrong? If I am – is there some way I can convince my current employer that it is, or should I find another employer who doesn’t need the convincing?
