Has anyone experienced a total loss of the ability to do the following functions in Win98SE?:
1.All cut & paste functions.
2.All drag & drop functions.
3.All move functions.
4.No right click dropdown menu or options.
The odd thing is that although the above items no longer work the system itself is totally stable and all apps, network connections etc… seems to work properly. And yes I have already run sfc.exe and did a reinstall over the existing windows installation. The only thing left would be to deltree windows and do a complete reinstall of windows and all the apps.
My client insists on not starting over.
Anyone have any ideas on how to avoid this?
