I have recently installed a new power supply into a work station. Everything is connected correctly and the power supply works fine, however, the monitor power light flashses after the OS begins to load. It flashes a message similar to “PC settings for display correct?”.
This is also odd. Monitor works fine in safe mode, VGA mode and any other mode except for the normal boot.
BIOS beeps only once and in safe/VGA mode everything within the box is working fine and accounted for.
Any ideas why the monitor won’t work correctly in normal boot mode?
