ODHELP is causing a page fault

Have you ever seen this dll before? ODHELP. It is abending in win98. I am also having a problem with mmsys.cpl. I reloaded win98 se on top of win98 se to fix a problem I had recognizing hardware. Did not seem to work. Now system locks up.
