I moved a hard drive from A to B. Then I ran all of the MS updates and patches for Win98 (I know) and OE and IE were updated from 5.0 to 6.0. Now however OE has created new folders, and even when I point the data store to the folder containing the old inbox, sent items, etc., it still creates new ones and ignores the exising files. Importing them is also unsuccessful. How can I make it use the previously existing folders as opposed to creating new ones? The emails are critically important to my client, and she is distressed by this.
Any help or suggestions are very much appreciated.
