I recently received a number of unrequested files with the .eml suffix after this I deleted all the files and uninstalled Outlook express. Since then I have had trouble with memory problems in Word and Excel. I have uninstalled these programs and reinstalled them. I can not access these programs. They start to appear but then disappear quickly. What can I do
