One of my users periodically will not have the ability to open Office 2000 programs.
As best as I can determine it seems to be link to viewing an attached word document through our Pegasus E-Mail program. This doesn’t happen all the time, and I haven’t been able to recreate the problem.
I control-alt-del and find several sessions of winword running. I have to end task on each and reboot to get into the programs.
Does anyone have a suggestion on this?
