Office 2000 SB and Pro uninstlation

I installed Office 2k SB a long time ago, but recently I installed office 2k pro I thought that it removed SB but apearlenty it didnt, so I didnt even notice until I tried to update 2k pro with SR-2 and it seems Im getting conflicts I cant complete updates and outlook keeps poping up with this dialog saying I’ve updated from win 95 to 98 and need to install, and it looks for the SB install disk which I no longer own, so I tried to remove SB but it prompts me for the disk, so I need to know how to remove SB without the install disk and leave pro in place so I can update it. thanks for any help you can provide
