I have several computers that have Microsoft Works and Office 97 installed. I have installed Office 2000 on four of them without removing any other products. Three of the computers have had unrepairable errors all of which vary. I have technet and I have researched the errors. One of the three computers required a reinstall of windows (via technet). I couldn’t find the error messages on the other two in technet and they remain, to this day, unsolved. My primary concern is why are three ofthese machines corrupted beyond repair and one of them is fine? Has anyone else run into a similiar problem installing Microsoft Office 2000 or found documentation somewhere about this? What are your experiences with Office 97, 2000, and Works on the same machine?
