I have a user that I just set up with a new Dell D520 laptop with XP SP2 and Office Pro 2003 with SP2. She is getting a Microsoft Office Word error of “A fatal error has occurred in Outlook. The data in your envelope has been lost, but your document is still available.” She was compiling an email, Outlook froze up, she ended the task brought outlook back up and tried to a different email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
