We are setting up our Terminal Server Farm to deploy 319 Thin Clients (Wyse) out to the field. When we loaded Office 2003 it was discovered that in this new release, Microsoft has done away with the Office Shortcut Bar. We would like to migrate the users to the Quick Launch toolbar, but would like to permanately disable Outlook Express. We have tried removing it but it keeps coming back. Since we use roaming profiles, if the user clicks Outlook Express, it is messing up thier Outlook settings and we have to redo the profile. Has anyone had any luck disabling Outlook Express without causing problems?
