At work I have a user who is working with Word 97 and Powerpoint 97.
Within these applications he has some lines/arrows drawn. When he changes views, he loses the arrows, the only way to make them appear is to add another arrow or click on the placeholder.
All settings are correct and this function he is able to do on other computers, I have tried on others as well and they work.
Only isolated to his machine, Office has been removed and reloaded.
Can someone help please?
