I’m having trouble accessing Help in Office 2010 apps.
If I click the help button in Word, it opens with a message that “This page is unavailable.” Search gives the same result.
If I try to switch to the Offline help, same result. The contents display, but clicking on topics gives you no result. Searching gives the same result. “This page is unavailable.”
Can anyone tell me how to set this so it keeps working. I’m routinely losing up to an hour a day trying to access Help in these apps.
