Office Speech Recognition

Sometimes when I open a new Word or Excel document, I get a new window welcoming me to Office Speech Recognition and telling me what I must do etc. I press Cancel and get a second window telling me to configure my microphone. On pressing OK it goes away.

It seems that for some reason unknown to me, Office Speech Recognition is loaded when I open a new file. Can anyone tell me how I can disable this please ?
