I set-up a new Dell for an individual who started with office 97 and has bought up-grades up until now. When she puts in her Office XP disk into her new computer, it will not let her load it because the machine is looking for the original and all she has is the up-grade. Office 97, being 16 bit software will not install on her Win XP machine so that the machine can see that her office XP is actually an up-grade. Any ideas? Thanks
