When attempting to open files in Word97 the directory listing appears showing directory names as question marks. When trying to open the directory the following (2) errors appear.
Error #1: Some of the files that meet the search criteria my be missing from list. I/O error 6.
Error #2: An unexpected error occurred. I/O error 6.
