I am hoping that someone has a quick answer to an ongoing problem we have had with organizational charts in PowerPoint.
An employee has created some o-charts in PowerPoint 97. At first evrything looks good, but over a few days she begins to notice some of the charts now have a dotted line and not a solid line. What’s more bizarre is if she goes to next slide and then goes back to the previous slide, the dotted line has changed locations in the o-chart.
I update Office 97 to SR2 and it corrected the problem for about a week. Her OS was upgraded to Win 98 from Win 95 about month prior to the problems occurring. Not Win 98SE.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have been checking MS Knowledge Base but have been unsuccessful.
