Offline Address Book error

Hello friends, I’m having problems with the download of an Offline address book that resides on a MS Exchange server 5.5. When the sinchronization finishes I get the error:
> 17:55:26 0X8004010F
The clients are MS Outlook 2000, SP3.

Please let me know if you have an idea.
