offline files problem

I have fresh installed winxp pro. sp2 & windows server 2003 acting as a domain controller. I set up the dc for offline files in folder options, navigating to offine files tab & enabled it. But the option of make folder offline is not available. What should i do? All ur suggestions r welcomed.
