Greetings,
I have an IBM Thinkpad with XP PRO and Zone Alarm 5.5. The user has been constantly recieving the ” Offline Files – Working Offline” balloon. I have recnently replaced the orgininal hard drive and restalled the OS and gradually installed various applications hoping to duplicate this problen when the offending program was re-installed. Immediately after installing Zone Alarm the problem re-appeared.
I have contacted Zone Alarm and Microsoft without resolution. Has anyone one out there experience this problem or have a solution?
