Offline Folder Synchronization Error

A user has Offline Folder Synchronization to synch folders from the server “plus” Outlook 2000 folders to his laptop. Recently, one of the folders on our server is “not” synchronizing and giving an error “Offline Files: Unable to make available offline….Reached the end of the file.” Temporarily, I have unselected this particular folder from being synchronized, so that the Synchronization will complete.

How can I have this folder synch? Is the Offline folder run out of space? Is something corrupted. I was trying to see what “Reached the end of the file” meant??
