Offsite backup

I have a single w2k3 server. I want good online backup solution… What would be best? Were looking at back up 25gigs or so. Should The server be imaged? Can the offsite backup company do that?

I just want to quit using NTbackup… I also want to have another company handle all the backups. So if I lose the server I can replace the HD or the entire server it self and have it be restored automatically… Is this possible?
