Ok this is for the TR people

By zlitocook ·
I used the TQ&A for problems that I could not fix on my own. Fine I tried posting on discussion/ question and waited for an answer. You do not give a way for a poster to suggest an answer to a question that will let the questioner know that his/her question has been answered. I first have to log in then go to forms, then have to go to my questions.
Dose this sound like MS or not?
I have been silent because new things seem to get me going and I have been trying to slow down.

Change your tag to "Feed back"

because you are giving site feedback, and want TR to see it.

People DO have a way, they respond.

Odds are, you posted at a time that was busy and so people missed your question getting posted.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by:

You do not give a way for a poster to suggest an answer to a question that will let the questioner know that his/her question has been answered

It appears (as we say in the UK) a bit "Irish"

(no offence to our friends from the Emerald Isle)

oh, and as JD suggests, edit the post and add "feedback" to the tags.

When I am watching a discussion or question, I subscribe to it. I can unsubscribe at any time but it lets me get an email notification when an answer is posted. My email client checks the server on a schedule so I know pretty quickly when something has been posted to.

I use gmail along with an email client. I can keep my gmail inbox open in a tab and drop my browser to the taskbar. I will still get a visual notification that I have new mail.

Change is always hard.
