I have a Okipage 4w. I am trying to locate a power cable as will as a bi-directional cable for this pc. Is there a universal cable for both power supply and bi-directional for this model? If so can you tell me what the part # is? for both. Fry’s Electronics says I need to go through your company and order both which doesn’t make sense as they sell a Okipage 4W and they said ordering directly from you company would weeks. So I thought if there is a universal for both you might be able to answer my inquiry.
I have been to Okidata’s site and looked over all available (I think information). I was trying to locate the manuel for the Okipage 4W.
Also I would like information on how to test this printer when I have it up and running.Any information you can give will be greatly appreciated. You can also contact me at my work # which is (817) 277-7654 central time. If you will do a reply all I will also be able to receive it at my job.
